
Mark Pettaway III is a tenor and vocal performance student at the University of Michigan. A graduate of the Detroit School of Arts, Mark has developed a strong foundation in vocal arts, musical theatre, and ensemble leadership. His performance experience includes chorus work in Orpheus in the Underworld, operatic scenes as Ferrando in Così Trio and Candide in Make Our Garden Grow, and musical theatre roles in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. As a member of the University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club, Mark toured South America, participating in cross-cultural musical collaborations across three countries. He continues to grow as an artist through his love of performance, connection, and musical storytelling.
