Biografie

Abigail (Abby) Eagan is a mezzo soprano working towards her Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance at the University of Michigan. She will be studying under Dr. Jeni Houser in the fall, but she has also had the privilege of studying under Dr. Louise Toppin and Amanda Majeski. She is from the Chicago-land area, and she is in her third year of her undergraduate studies. She looks forward to singing The Third Lady in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte with Prague Summer Nights. Other recent productions include singing in the chorus of The University of Michigan’s Department of Voice and Opera’s productions of Semele and Le Nozze di Figaro, along with singing The Duchess of Plaza-Toro in The Gondoliers with The University of Michigan Gilbert and Sullivan Society.
