About
The Mathilda foundation was founded in 2010 and its mission is to support individuals with severely impaired vision. We seek out, support and implement meaningful projects which help the lives of such people. We focus on projects which help the education of the blind and visually impaired and in the end thus significantly contribute to their integration and work options. We also focus on the training and upbringing of guide dogs, which then become indispensable helpers for many visually impaired persons. Furthermore, we also organize various cultural events allowing the self-realization of young blind artists.
