MgA. Zdeněk Pánek
Biography
Zdeněk Pánek graduated from Politics at Pilsen University of West Bohemia and later from Arts Management at the Theatre Faculty of Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU). During his studies he acted as Head of the Department of Culture to the town of Nejdek (1998–2006). Between 2007 and 2013 he was Head of International Relations at J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen. Since 2009 he has organised the international theatre festival 'DIVADLO' as Executive Producer. He has also been Secretary to the Association of Professional Theatres of the Czech Republic since 2007, and he represents the association in the committee of the European employers' association league PEARLE. In 2013 Pánek became Head of Office to the Director General of the Czech National Theatre.
