Yingjie Zhou is a New York City Based Soprano. She recently performed Noémie in Cendrillion conducted by Aaron Breid. Previous roles includes: Miss Wordsworth in Britten’s Albert Herring conducted by Kenneth Merrill; Elf Ensemble with New York City Opera in Respighi’s La Campana Sommersa under the baton of Ira Levin; World premiere as the Leading role Maria in Bonfire of the Vanities (opera movie featured in IMDb) conducted by Daniela Candillari in NYC. Lamu in Encounter at Beijing Morden Music Festival at National Center for Performing Arts; Phénice in Lully’s Baroque Opera Armide. Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro conducted by Keith Chambers.
