Born in Berlin, she has been working as a freelance costume designer for drama, opera, musical and film productions since 2001. Her numerous costume projects have taken her to the State Operas in Stuttgart and Hannover, the Bregenz Festival, the State Theatre Dresden, the Aalto Theatre in Essen, The National Theatre Mannheim, the Bonn Opera, the theatres in Mainz, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Freiburg, Salzburg and Bern, the Maxim Gorky Theatre in Berlin and the Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna. Directors with whom she has worked include Elisabeth Stöppler, Vasily Barkhatov, Agnessa Nefjodov, Evgeny Titov, Amelie Niermeyer, Joachim Schlömer, Stephanie Mohr, Frank Hilbrich, Alexandra Liedtke, Dominic Oley and Vincent Paterson.
