Biography

Soprano Molly Snodgrass, from Austin, Texas, is a recent graduate of The Juilliard School, where she studied with Amy Burton. Ms. Snodgrass won First Prize at the Bellagrande International Music Competition Voice Division and Bronze Winner overall in 2023. She was the Winner of the Gilbert and Sullivan Competition in 2022. At Juilliard, Snodgrass covered “La Sorella Infermiera” in Puccini’s Suor Angelica, “2nd Cameriera” in Menotti’s Amelia al ballo, “La Madre di Mariuccia” in Nino Rota’s I Due Timidi and “Clerio” in Cavalli’s Erismena. She was also a Soloist in Handel’s Messiah and performed in John Musto’s Liederabend at Juilliard performing his song cycle The Book of Uncommon Prayer. Snodgrass has attended prestigious programs such as Houston Grand Opera’s Young Artist Vocal Academy and is making her role debut as Zerlina in Don Giovanni by Mozart at Prague Summer Nights this season.
