Laura Alexander
Biography
Laura Alexander is a senior vocal performance major at Truman State University, in Kirksville, Missouri, USA. During her time at Truman, she has received first place in the National Association of Teachers of Singing competition, lower treble division (2019). Ms. Alexander has been involved in opera theater during her time at Truman, with roles including: Shepherdess in Amahl and the Night Visitors (2019), Billy Boy Girl in Gallantry (2020), Laetitia in The Old Maid and the Thief (2021), and Bastienne in Bastien und Bastienne (2023). Ms. Alexander also enjoys singing in Cantoria, the university’s premier choral ensemble.
