Iolanthe Demos

Biography

Originally from Boston Massachusetts, Iolanthe Demos is a current Undergraduate Voice student at the Manhattan School of Music where she studies with Cyndia Sieden. This past season she made her Lincoln Center choral debut in Jeanine Tesori’s opera “Blue” in partnership with the Metropolitan Opera. Last year she made her Carnegie Hall debut with the Boston Arts Academy Spirituals Ensemble. Her previous summer festivals include Tanglewood Summer Music Festival, Brevard Music Center & Assisi Performing Arts Festival. She is very excited to be joining the Prague Summer Nights Community as well as having the honor to play the role of Second Spirit in this summer’s production of Die Zauberfl ote!
