

Daria Lazucová
Demisoloist of The Czech National BalletBiography
Daria was born in Chișinău, Moldova, and studied at the State Moldovan Ballet Conservatory from 1999 to 2006. During her studies, she performed variations from the ballets Giselle, Paquita, and the Adagio from Spartacus. In 2005 and 2006, she toured Spain with the school, performing in Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Don Quixote. From 2006 to 2008, she continued her training at the Ballet Conservatory in Perm, Russia.
Starting with the 2008/2009 season, she became a member of the ballet company of the State Opera in Prague, where audiences could see her as Marie – the child in The Sleeping Beauty (the tsar’s youngest daughter), as the Flower Girl in Don Quixote, in the Pas de trois and the Dance of the Little Swans in Swan Lake, or as part of the Wedding Couple in Adam’s Giselle.
Since the 2012/2013 season, she has been a demi-soloist with the Czech National Ballet.
