Biography
Born in 1976 in Teplice, where she studied at gymnasium. Her steps led her through, now nonexistent, Dramatic Arts High school by Northmoravian theatre in Šumperk, which she finished with her role of Hekabé in Euripídes’s Women of Troy) under prof. Václav Martinec’s guidance. She remained loyal to Šumpek for 19 years. She collected a number of prizes for best actress and she was also nominated to a Thalia prize for her portrayal of Nora in H. Ibsen’s play. She was engaged in Kladno’s municipal theatre for one year, at present she is freelance. She is a teacher at Theatre college in Prague with her colleague Jiří Š. Hájek.
