Aluda Todua

Biography

Georgian baritone Aluda Todua makes his National Theatre Opera debut in the 2022/23 season as Rigoletto. He studied at the Tbilisi State Conservatoroire from 2006 to 2012. Between 2016–2019, he was a a regular soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, where his role included Rigoletto, Marcello (La bohème), Silvano (Un Ballo in maschera) and Lescaut (Manon Lescaut), among others. In 2018/19 season he debuted at the Hessisches Staatstheater in Wiesbaden as Rigoletto and has since returned here as the Count Luna (Il Trovatore), Rodrigo (Don Carlos) and again as Rigoletto.
