CHANGE OF PERFORMANCE Hamlet (May 12 & 15, 2024)




Dear theatre-goers,

please accept our sincere apologies for the change in performances Hamlet (May 12, 2024 and May 15, 2024).

The tickets you purchased remain valid for the substitute performances A Bouquet (May 12, 2024 and May 15, 2024).

In the event that you have already seen the production, and you will not attend it, we will refund you the full price of the ticket/s. Tickets need to be returned within 14 days after the former date of the performance.

If you purchased your tickets:

By card payment online, through credit transfer or cash on delivery
Send us an email to the address and after we have received the unused ticket/s, we will pay the price back to your account. In the event of cash on delivery payment, we can either send the amount to you through Czech Post or by means of a credit transfer to your account.

At National Theatre box offices
Upon presenting the unused ticket/s we will refund the full amount at one of our box offices.

At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, Ticketportal)
Please contact directly the respective dealer from which you purchased the ticket/s.
