The soloists Kristýna Němečková and Adam Zvonař in Karlsruhe at the prestigious gala

The Czech National Ballet soloists Kristýna Němečková and Adam Zvonař appeared as guests at the prestigious ballet gala evening, whose 11th edition took place on 19 May 2018 at the Badisches Staatstheater in Karlsruhe.

They gave two performances: of the classical pas de deux from La Bayadère, and a fragment of the contemporary choreography  Echoes from a Restless Soul, by Jacopo Godani, whose work was included in the Czech National Ballet’s production Ballettissimo. Adam Zvonař and Kristýna Němečková found themselves in a truly refined company in Karlsruhe – they performed alongside such stellar dancers as Alicia Amatriain, Friedemann Vogel, Iana Salenko, Marian Walter and others. The National Theatre audience could see the two dancers in Prague in Mauro Bigonzetti’s choreography Vertigo.
