Cancellation Notice: Kafka: The Trial (7. 10. 26) and Valerie and Her Week of Wonders (8. 10. 26)

Dear Audience,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the cancellation of the ballet performance Kafka: The Trial (October 7, 2026) and and the Laterna magika performance Valerie and Her Week of Wonders (October 8, 2026).

The full ticket price will be refunded. We will also be happy to help you choose an alternative performance date or another production if you wish.

Please note that tickets must be returned within 14 days of the scheduled performance date

If you purchased your tickets:

• By card payment online or through credit transfer
  You need not do anything; we will refund the amount automatically to your account.
• At National Theatre box offices
  Upon presenting the valid ticket/s we will refund the amount at one of our box offices.
• Cash on delivery
  We will contact you. We can either send the amount to you through Czech Post or by
  means of a credit transfer to your account.
• At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, Ticketportal)
  The price will be paid back to you at the place where you purchased the ticket/s.
