The first Czech production of Shchedrin’s Lolita has been created for the National Theatre and State Opera audience by the acclaimed Slovak stage director and performance artist Sláva Daubnerová, who is renowned for her to ability to interpret (not only) 20th-century operas in a singular way. The esteemed Slovak set designer Boris Kudlička will afford the production a suggestible and provocative visual attractiveness.
