IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THE EMERGENCY SITUATION: TICKET REFUNDS AND OTHER INFORMATION

Pursuant to the decree of the Czech government on the state of emergency, the National Theatre has cancelled all performances at all its venues until further notice.

All the National Theatre box offices are currently closed. We will refund your tickets for cancelled performances (see programme) within 90 days as follows:

1. Did you purchase tickets online, through credit transfer or by an invoice?
We will refund the tickets automatically to the account from which they were bought.

2. Did you purchase tickets at a box office?
We will return the money through bank credit transfer. Please fill in the following form or send the data specified below to the email address platbynapokladne@narodni-divadlo.cz

  • Name, surname, the number of the bank account to which we should send the respective amount, and the date and title of the cancelled performance;
  • The ticket number (the 11-digit number in the upper right corner of the ticket next to the barcode);
  • As regards international payments, we also need to know: the name of the account holder, the address of the account holder, IBAN and SWIFT CODE.

3. Did you pay cash on delivery or with a gift voucher?
We will refund you the money through credit transfer to your account. Please fill in the following form or send the data specified below to the email address objednavky@narodni-divadlo.cz

  • Name, surname, the number of the bank account to which we should send the respective amount, and the date and title of the cancelled performance;
  • The ticket number (the 11-digit number in the upper right corner of the ticket next to the barcode);

4. Do you have tickets within a subscription?
The performances within a subscription will be given on alternative dates. We will contact you and we will also publish information in the Changes in subscription section on our website.

5. Did you purchase tickets from our authorised dealers?
Please contact the respective authorised dealer directly. 

6. Do you want your tickets not to be refunded?

Retain your tickets – a pleasant surprise will await you when the National Theatre has reopened.

OTHER INFORMATION

1. Sales of tickets for September
The sales of tickets for September have been postponed.

2. Sales of subscriptions for the 2020/21 season
The beginning of the sales of subscriptions have been postponed for an indefinite period of time. At this moment, subscriptions cannot be renewed, not even online on our website. But you will not forfeit your seats, as they are reserved for later purchases. We will inform you of the new date of the beginning of the subscription sales in accordance with the current situation, no later than a week prior to the launch of the sales. 3. Box offices
Due to the current situation, all the National Theatre box offices are closed until further notice.

4. Archives
The National Theatre Archives research room and library are closed to the public until further notice.
