Mariko Kakizaki
Biography
A Japanese dancer, formerly a member of the Batsheva Dance Company (2012–2014), and currently engaged with the L-E-V dance company (since 2014).
Trained in rhythmic gymnastics as a child, Mariko Kakizaki began intensely devoting to dance during her university studies. In 2013, she won the Korea International Contemporary Dance Competition, and two years later received the Kagawa Prefecture Culture and Arts Newcomer Award.
