The National Theatre opens the new season as usual – there will be a happening at the Václav Havel Square (National Theatre piazzetta). This year the audience will have the opportunity to see and hear various musical bands comprised of the National Theatre artists.
The Czech National Ballet will be represented by a group called HORNY BACH at 16.00pm.
“A band that never rose above average and has always had the ambition to be a warm-up group of the Il Bohemo warm-up group.”
Its members are the Czech National Theatre Ballet dancers Kristina Kornová, Morgane Lanoue, Štěpán Pechar, Marek Svobodník, Matěj Šust and Ondřej Vinklát.
Accompanying programme:
National Theatre workshops for children. Meeting with The Czech National Ballet soloist Marta Drastíková.
Weel of Fortune, National Mail, there will be refreshments and rosted hot dogs. A statue on the piazzetta will get a new costume.
The National Theatre season begins:
On Tuesday Semptember 3, 2019, at 3 pm.
In case of rain the show will be held in the New Stage building.
Entrance free.
