Change of programme due to the coronavirus
Pursuant to the decree of the Czech government, the National Theatre has cancelled all performances at all its venues until further notice.
Tickets for performances that were scheduled to be given until 14th April (inclusive) will be automatically refunded as follows below. Performances with the dates from 15th April we do not refund or exchange at this moment. We will inform you about our next step
1. Tickets bought online
If you purchased tickets online, we will refund them automatically no later than within a month to the account from which the tickets were bought. For more information: email@example.com
2. Tickets bought at box offices
If you purchased tickets at a box office, we advise you to send following information to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org:
We will process everything retroactively by 30 June 2020.
3. Tickets bought via bank transfer or invoice
If you purchased tickets via bank transfer or invoice, we advise you to send following information to the email address email@example.com:
Subscription performances will take place on alternate dates. We will contact you and also publish the information on our website in the Subscription Changes section.
Due to the unusual situation we are postponing the launch of the 2020/21 subscription season indefinitely. At this moment it is not possible to renew your subscription, not even online on our website. You will not lose your seats, they are booked for a later purchase. We will inform you about the new start of the sale based on the up-to-date situation, at the latest one week prior to its launch. For more information: firstname.lastname@example.org
5. At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, BohemiaTicket, Ticketportal)
The price will be paid back to you at the place where you purchased the ticket/s.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak our boxes offices are temporarily closed until further notice.
