135th season was opened in the spirit of the slogan: INSPIRATION WITHOUT WORDS.

In the 2017/18 season, the Czech National Ballet, headed by its new Artistic Director, Filip Barankiewicz, is scheduled to premiere three new productions The first new production, Timeless, will receive its premiere at the National Theatre on 20 October 2017. The repertoire will also be extended to include Sir Frederick Ashton’s La fille mal gardée (The Wayward Daughter), a feature-length ballet for the entire family, whose Czech premiere will take place on 19 April 2018 at the National Theatre. The season will be rounded off by a new mixed bill, titled Slavic Temper, which is scheduled to be premiered on 14 June at the New Stage. Be inspired with us in our NEW SEASON.
