The immortal tale of the true love of a mermaid for an earthly prince, penned by the famed Danish author H. C. Andersen, has inspired the choreographer Jan Kodet, the renowned stage directors’ tandem SKUTR (Martin Kukučka and Lukáš Trpišovský), the composer Zbyněk Matějů, the set designer Jakub Kopecký and the costume designer Alexandra Grusková to create a new ballet production.
