Gaia Finetto is Italian but recently lived in the Netherlands.
In 2005–2014 she studied in Italy at Progetto Danza and Stage door, in 2014–2016 at Liceo coreutico Buonarroti, Domus Danza and ArtStudio Danza. In 2016 she began her studies at the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam (dancing in „Dansers van Morgen“ in 2017–2019) and in 2018–2019 she was an intern with the Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam (dancing in opening Galas in 2016–2019, in Giselle, 2018, or Swan Lake, 2019).
She took part in a number of intensive courses, for example Ballet International Summer Intensive (Amsterdam, 2017, 2018) or Corso di Perfezionamento Estivo (Vicenza, Italy, 2018, 2019). She also joined various workshops: Swans (Swan Lake) in Dutch National Ballet, Czardas (Swan Lake) in Dutch National Ballet, Giselle in Dutch National Ballet and many others.
