Anna Herrmannová

Biography

Anna has been working with a lot of energy and passion on realizing her dream of becoming a ballet dancer since the age of five. From 2005 to 2012 she studied at the Ján Nemec Ballet School in Prague and in 2020 she finished the Prague Dance Conservatory (Taneční konzervatoř hl. m. Prahy). Before entering the conservatory she took part in several competitions and won various prizes. In 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, for instance, she kept winning first place in Germany at the Dance World Cup European Qualification and getting a special prize for being the best Czech talent. In 2014–2019 she gained experience at many courses and workshops like International Ballet Masterclasses in Prague under the leadership of famous personalities (Daria Klimentová, Vadim Muntagirov, Christopher Hampson, Jan Kodet, Nataša Novotná etc.) or Dance Conservatory workshops with Svetlana Zakharova and Cyril Atanassoff. In 2019 she performed in Sleeping Beauty with the South Bohemian Ballet, at the Golden Prague festival and Dance Life Expo in Brno.
