Tereza Hloušková

Member of the Laterna magika ensemble

Biography

Tereza Hloušková is a graduate of the Prague Dance Centre - Conservatory. During her studies, she was a member of the Baby Ballet Prague and Ballet Prague Junior companies, participated in the GöteborgsOperan Summer Intensive workshop, and collaborated with the Prague Symphony Orchestra. She also established cooperation with the South Bohemia Theatre Ballet, whose member she was from 2014 and 2016, performing in Jiří Kylián’s Six Dances, Attila Egerházi’s version of Swan Lake (the role of the Black Swan) and other productions. In the summers of 2015 and 2016, she danced on the revolving stage in Český Krumlov in the opera Rusalka (choreographed by Jan Kodet) and the ballet Swan Lake, choreographed by Attila Egerházi.

Since 2017, she has been a freelance dancer, working with various theatres and agencies. She has made a tour of Macao with the NeonHeads company, danced at a concert of the singer Ewa Farna, and participated in other projects, she has also cooperated with the National Theatre Opera (Orphée aux enfers). She teaches classical and modern dance at the Prague Dance Centre - Conservatory. She is permanent guest of Laterna magika company, since 2019 she also dances as soloist with the Prague Chamber Ballet.
