Natalie Procházková

Biography

Natalie Krištůfková was born in 1982. From 1988 she attended the ballet preparatory school of the National Theatre. Between 1992 and 2000 she studied classical dance at the State Conservatory in Prague. As a student, she took part in residencies and ballet courses in Cologne (Germany) and Thonon (France). At the ballet competition Prix Carpeaux in Valenciennes (France) she won third prize in the Excellence category. Her first engagement was in the ballet ensemble of the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzeň (2000), later on she started to work for the National Theatre Ballet in Prague (2001). Since 2003 she has been a member of the ballet of the National Theatre Opera. In addition to performing in the vast majority of the National Theatre’s opera productions, she has also devoted to choreography and collaborated with the stage director Gabriela Haukvicová (Bastien und Bastienne, The Soldier’s Tale and The Angels).
