Guest of the National Theatre Opera. From 1993 to 1999, she studied at the Prague Conservatory with the professor Jarmila Krásová. In 1998 she came second at the Czech Conservatories Singing Contest. In 1997 to 2000 she was a member of Opera Mozart, Prague, extending her activities to ancient music (with Ars Cameralis) and folk music (with the Muzika Jara ensemble). Having completed her studies, Mrs Wallingerová was invited to sing Lola in Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana at the opera house in Liberec, The Fox in Janáček's Cunning Little Vixen in Ústí nad Labem, and Serafinka in a Czech operetta by Rudolf Piskáček called Miss Searfinka's Pearls and Lel the Shepherd in Rimsky-Korsakov's Snegurochka (Snow Maiden) in Ostrava, North Moravia. In 2000 Mrs Wallingerová was invited to join the opera company of the National Theatre in Brno, Czech Republic. The repertoire she has sung in Brno includes a large number of mezzo roles such as Rosina (G. Rossini, Il barbiere di Siviglia), Suzuki (G. Puccini, Madame Butterfly), The Fox (L. Janáček, The Cunning Little Vixen), Varvara (L. Janáček, Katja Kabanova), Mercedes (G. Bizet, Carmen), Maddalena (G. Verdi, Rigoletto), Fenena (G. Verdi, Nabucco), Nancy (F. Flotow, Marta), Hänsel (E. Humperdinck, Hänsel und Gretel), Nicklausse (J. Offenbach, The Tales of Hoffmann). Guest performances have taken the young mezzo to the State Opera Prague (Sharon in Zdenek Merta's Roulette) and the opera house in Plzeň (Mercedes in Carmen, The Fox in The Cunning Little Vixen and Concepción in The Spanish Hour), as well as the National Theatre in Prague as Cherubino (Mozart, Le Nozze di Figaro), Kate (Dvořák, The Devil and Kate), The Fox (Janáček, The Cunning Little Vixen), Beauty (Glass, Beauty and the Beast). Mrs Wallingerová's concert activities are an essential part of her repertoire and have brought her together with some leading Czech orchestras, such as the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK, Prague Radio Symphonic Orchestra, Brno Philharmonic Orchestra, Prague Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra. She works with conductors such as Jiří Bělohlávek, Serge Baudo, Gerd Albrecht, Petr Altrichter, Jakub Hrůša, Leoš Svárovský, Tomáš Hanus and others. Mrs Wallingerová is a regular guest at opera houses and concert stages outside the Czech Republic (Japan, Spain, Mexico, Greece, Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Italy). The Brno National Theatre awarded Mrs Wallingerová with the DIVA 2005 and 2008 Award. Since 2001 the soprano Natalia Romanova has been her singing coach.
