The Sales Department accepts group ticket orders for
Opera, Ballet, Drama and Laterna magika up to 5 months in advance.

Written orders can be sent by post, fax or e-mail by 3 weeks before the performance
takes place at the latest. Written orders are binding. Payment is made by bank transfer
(invoice) or money order (cash on delivery). Once the invoice or money order has been
issued it cannot be cancelled and the number of tickets, ticket category and performance
time cannot be changed. When tickets are sent out by post, a handling fee is added
to the ticket price for postage and packing. For invoices, this fee comes to 50 CZK, and
for money order 80 CZK. Group ticket orders for the drama performance, Servant of Two
Masters, are temporarily not being accepted.

within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response, please contact us by telephone. Orders are dealt
with on workdays from 9 am until 5 pm. (During the theatre holidays till August 17 Mon–Fri 10 am–4 pm.)
