Biography
In 1998, Olena Antokhina graduated from the M. B. Grekov Theatre and Art Academy in Odessa, where she studied theatre lighting design. In the 1998/99 season, she worked as a lifting designer at the Yuri Drogobych Academic Theatre of Music and Drama in Lviv; in 2002, she joint the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Ukraine. Since 2006, she has served as a lifting designer at the Kyiv Modern Ballet. In the 2013/14 season, she participated in the Backstage project and attended the lifting design classes led by Michael Mennion.
