Biography

She studied with Marica Pernar and at the Wiener Kunstuniversität. Since 2001/2002 she has been member of the Opera House in Graz (Austria). Her repertory includes roles such as Mozart's Ilia, Susanna, Donna Elvira, Despina, Pamina, and Servilia, Donizetti's Adina, Lucia, Maria Stuarda, and Norina, Verdi's Violetta Valery, Gilda, and Oscar), Puccini's Musetta, Offenbach's Olympia, Strauss' Sophie (Der Rosenkavalier), Zerbinetta, Zdenka, Lehár's Adele, and Valencienne, Manon Lescaut in Henze's Boulevard Solitude. In the 2012/2013 season she made her debut in the role of Alice Ford (Verdi: Falstaff) and Jenny Hill (Weill: Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny). She gave her guest performances in Zagreb and Macedonia, Berlin (Sophie), Bregenz (title role in Janáček's The Cunning Little Vixen), Essen (Eurydike in Orpheus in der Unterwelt), Hamburg (Zdenka in Arabella), Marseille (Sophie), Mörbisch (Franziska Cagliari in Wiener Blut), Stuttgart (Serpetta in La finta giardiniera), Baronin Freimann in Der Wildschütz), Vienna (Händel's Jephtha under N. Harnoncourt) and Zürich (Donna Elvira).
